TE Mik'Quan Deane is leaning heavily toward Oregon.

JC TE Mik'Quan Deane is emerging as a hot property. The 6-foot-4, 240 pound tight end is finishing up his sophomore year at NE Oklahoma A&M, and has been drawing lots of attention and currently has 14 offers including one from Oregon. How interested in the Ducks is he?

"I have been in contact with Coach (Willie) Taggart and Coach (David) Kelly," said Deane of his interaction with the Oregon Ducks. "I text Kelly daily and Taggart weekly."

Originally from Tulsa's Memorial HS, Deane has already made a couple of official visits, and will graduate from NE Oklahoma A&M this December and will be eligible to enroll for Winter Term. He will have three years to play two at whatever program he selects.

Oregon entered the race a couple of weeks ago when Taggart extended the offer to Deane.
