Ducks now 13-2, 2-0 in conference.

Oregon defeated USC on Friday night to establish a 2-0 record in Pac-12 Conference play and improve its record to 13-2 for the season. Following the game, Oregon head coach Dana Altman answered media questions about the game.

On winning against two ranked teams and moving on to the next games:

“It definitely doesn’t hurt us, but they are at home and now we have to go on the road. Now we have to go and play.”

“I don’t think we have a guy on our team that’s won in Washington because none of them have been with us four years. We’re going to have our work cut out for us.”

On positives of the game:

“The ball movement and points off turnovers, that was the big advantage tonight. I continue to like the development of our players. Dillon Brooks was unbelievable offensively tonight.”

“It’s not a negative but how much room we have to grow into and get better. If our guys will focus and really trust each other, we can get better in so many areas.”
