 Marco Brewer

Have you been in contact with the new Duck coaching staff? If so, who and what did they have to say.

MB: Yes, I have talked to Coach Mike Garrity, and previous offensive line Coach Greatwood. I really want to get to meet Coach Taggart. He seems like a great guy. I just got a direct message from new offensive line Coach Cristobal asking how I was, and inviting me to Junior Day this Saturday.

Very exciting news.

MB: I do not know much about the new staff, but I hear great things about coach Taggart. Knowing that coach Cristobal coached at Alabama is big time. I was super excited to get a DM (direct message) from him.

Which school(s) are recruiting you the hardest at this time?

MB: Oregon State, Oregon, Washington State, University of Massachusetts, Columbia, Princeton, Portland state, Eastern Washington.

Do you have spring or summer plans in regards to camps or visits? Will you try to go to the Ducks spring game?

MB: I am trying to go to some junior days and their camps. Also the Opening. I'm planning on it, I went last year

What your current height and weight?

MB: 6-4, 295

Do you play any other sports?

MB: Basketball.

Your mom played hoops at Louisville correct?

MB: Yes she did!

So the big question is, can she still take you one-on-one?

MB:  It's not even close anymore she's too old now. She tried to post me up the other day and I swatted her to a different state.

LOL, I will have to ask her about that, what do you like to do for fun or relax?

MB: Go for it she will tell you haha. I like to lift a lot and I am the guy who goes to the courts if I'm bored and play people for fun. I am usually always doing some type of sports. If not then I hang with friends, but I do not go out, and do a lot of other stuff. Like I am not a big swimmer or hiker. I am super glad I am not the type of person who likes parties, because that is a big weakness to many athletes.

Is there a pro or college players you like to pattern your game after?

MB: Definitely Isaac Seumalo, he came out of the same high school I am at and played at Oregon State, now he is on the Eagles. I look up to him big time.

You must be doing a great job in the classroom, good job!

MB: Thank you; yes, I try to strive in the classroom.

Thank you for your time!
