Enokk Vimahi is a blossoming talent.

The Oregon Ducks continue their nation-wide search for talent and this time offered a talented 2019 offensive lineman from Hawaii. Enokk Vimahi, 6-5, 270, from Kahuku HS, Kahuku, Hawaii, is a fast rising talent that has already drawn interest from some big name programs including the Ducks.

 Enokk Vimahi

Congrats on Duck offer

EV: Thank you very much sir!

What coach have you been talking with? When did they offer? How much interest do you have in the Ducks?

EV: I have been talking with Coach Joe (Joe Salave'a) , was offered today (2/21/17). I have always known Oregon to be a top program, so I am interested in this new offer.

What did Coach Salave'a talk with you about? Have you been to Eugene? Is distance a factor for you and your family?

EV: He was asking me about my intentions for the rest of my high-school career, and how school is going. I have never been to Eugene. Oregon is a good distance away from Hawaii.

What is your current height and weight?

EV:  I am 6-5, 270.

Will you officially visit Oregon?

EV:  I plan on visiting at some point.

What do you know about the Ducks?

EV:   I know that Oregon is always in the top of CFB, and that offensive linemen are needed for a quick attacking offense that they run. I feel that a lot of Hawaii players have connections to Oregon in some way.

Very cool to hear, is Marcus Mariota a big reason for that?

EV:  Along with DeForest Buckner and Rex Manu.

Nice do you know DeForest? One my all-time favorite Ducks?

EV:   He was a defensive end at Punahou HS., another school here in Hawaii that played Kahuku HS, in the State Championship in 2011-2012.

Do you play other sports?

EV:  I currently only play football.

Great, Thank you.
