 Carlos Vettorello

Hello Carlos, do you have a trip to Eugene coming up to visit the Ducks?

CV: Yes, I am going to be visiting my uncle in Bend Oregon, and I will be visiting Oregon April 21.

Have you been to Bend or Oregon before?

CV: No this is my first time.

Have you been talking to any specific Oregon coaches? What have they discussed with you?

CV: I have been talking to Coach Cristobal. We have not gotten into any deep conversations, he just says he likes my film, and we just setup my visit.

How much interest in the Ducks do you have?

CV: I am very interested in Oregon, they were, and still are one of my favorite schools.

What got you interested in the Ducks? Will distance be a factor for you and your family?

CV: What really got me interested in the Ducks is the offense they ran with Marcus Mariota in their playoff run season. Distance will not be a factor, I have some family on the West Coast, and my parents have been thinking about moving back to California. My sister and I were born in San Diego, California. We moved when I was four.

How is recruiting going in general? How many offers? Who was the latest? Any leaders?

CV: Recruiting is going good; I just got my 15th offer yesterday from Kentucky. I do not have any leaders at the moment.

Measurable, what is your current height/weight/bench/squat numbers?

CV: I am 6-4, 280, and bench 335; squat 445, the bench and squat numbers are my maxes from last summer.

What do you want to work on over the summer heading into your senior season? Do you play any other sports?

CV: I just want to work on my overall game and get ready for that next level. I play basketball and baseball, but I took this year off to focus on the weight room and so I could have time to visit schools and go to camps.

Taking football out, what would your dream profession be? Favorite school subject?

CV: My dream profession would be something in sports medicine or an engineer. My favorite school subject is math.

What do you like to do for fun or to relax away from football?

CV: I like to hike, and explore nature in my free time.

Thank you for the update Carlos!
