4-star linebacker Jackson committed to Oregon over the weekend.

We spoke to Adrian Jackson, the 4-star linebacker from Mullen High School in Denver on April 26 and he told us that he was planning on attending the Oregon Spring Game, which was last weekend. On Saturday evening Jackson announced he had committed to Oregon. Today we reached out again found out more about Jackson and his commitment.

Congrats on the Ducks commitment.

AJ: Thank you.

When did you realize you wanted to commit to Oregon?

AJ: I have honestly known I was going to commit there for probably a month or two now. I was just waiting to go on the visit to see the school.

Very cool, again congrats, Duck fans are very excited!

AJ: Thank you.

Had you been to Eugene before the visit?

AJ: No I have not, it was my first visit.

What did you think of the campus/school/city?

AJ: I was actually expecting what the campus and facilities looked like cause everyone always talks about it.

When did Coach Leavitt offer you?

AJ: He offered a while ago, I am pretty sure the offer from CU transferred with him when he went over to Oregon.

What your current height/weight? Do you think you will play inside or outside LB?

AJ: Right now, I am currently 6-3, 210, and I will be playing inside backer.

Do you have plan to enroll early?

AJ: No plans at this time.

Do you play other sports? What do you like to do to relax or have fun?

AJ: Yeah I run track. I run the 100 and 200. When I am relaxing, I am probably playing my PS4  or something, hanging out with my friends.

Thanks for the update!
