Linebacker/tight end Gabe Miller (6-4, 230, 4.6) from Lake Oswego (Ore.) has helped lead his team to a perfect 4-0 record with three sacks.

Gabe Miller favors Oregon and Oregon State solid over Colorado, Washington and Cal. His only three scholarship offers are from Oregon, Oregon State and Colorado.

He took his official visit to Oregon on September 24. "My host was Dante Rosario. Everyone was real nice and they always had something for me to do. It was really well organized," Miller said. "I loved the game. They played USC and that was really cool. The game was crazy and they had the biggest attendance ever that weekend. It was great.

"I was really impressed by the fans and the facilities are amazing. That's one of the biggest differences between Oregon and Oregon State. Oregon has all the top-notch facilities. I've gotten to know the coaches at Oregon State a lot better though. I like them a lot. It's an exciting program and I think they'll be doing well in the future," Miller said.

"I'd kind of like to stay close to home so that may play a part. I'd like to commit in late December or early January. Cal said they were interested and I'm gonna send them some film from this season and see what they think."

Miller reports a 3.2 GPA and a 1570 SAT.
