Rob Overton Profile
Overton doesn't have any scholarship offers yet, but says he's getting close. "Washington State is currently reviewing my film and they seem to be close to offering," Overton said. "I like the Pac-10 a lot and the Cougars are rebuilding and I'd be able to help them get back on track."
He has an official visit scheduled to Idaho on December 9 and says that the Vandals are recruiting him the hardest. "They are an up-and-coming program and I'd be able to play early there," Overton said. "They seem to be the most interested right now."
The other schools that are recruiting Overton that he is considering are San Jose State, Colorado State and Oregon. He says that the Spartans visited him in-home last week and he expects the Rams coaches to visit this week.
"I'm gonna wait and see who offers," Overton said. "I'd like to play for a coach that is proven and will help me develop. I'd like to take a few visits and hopefully be committed somewhere by mid-January."
He reports a 3.0 GPA and a 1400 SAT.
