Ryan McFoy Profile

McFoy favors USC and Arizona State solid over Oregon, Utah and UCLA, but the Trojans, Ducks and Bruins haven't offered yet. "They are waiting on my grades," McFoy, who has a 2.4 GPA and a 700 SAT, said. "I'm retaking my SAT on January 28 and my GPA should be going up too. I'm shooting for a 930 and I even got a tutor. I'm studying really hard."

He already visited Arizona State on October 28 and said the Sun Devils are recruiting him the hardest. "They call me like 24/7 and have been by my house too," McFoy said. "Coach Dirk Koetter was here and spent a lot of time talking to my dad. He really made it seem like he wanted me to go there."

McFoy's next visit will be to Utah on December 16. Then he visits USC on January 13. "The coaches are real good and I get along with everybody there," McFoy said. "I know all the coaches and players pretty well because of my brother (redshirt receiver Chris McFoy) and I'm real familiar with their system.

"My brother said that I should just go where I'm the most comfortable and if USC offered me, I'd commit. I want to go where I feel at home. If I get along with all the people then that's all that matters."

McFoy also plans to visit Oregon in January, but hasn't set up an exact date. "They are a great team and very consistent," McFoy said. "I like coach John Neal because he's down-to-earth and I feel like I can trust him."
