Tahj Bomar, is camping

Tahj Bomar, Kentwood High School's star linebacker had an impressive showing at the Nike Camp in Eugene on Saturday. The 6-2, 207 pound Bomar told eDuck.com, "I covered some of the faster guys out there. I was named one of the best linebackers here. I think I did pretty good."

Bomar also said that he was very excited for his senior year.

"My first goal is to be the team leader," said Bomar. I'm the captain so I need to be a leader. My second goal is to be my school's all-time leading tackler. I set the single season record last year with 102. I'm looking to do big things my senior year and go big places."

Before the season though, Bomar is planning on attending the University of Oregon full contact football camp, and then plans on going to the University of Washington's camp for two days. He has verbally committed to Washington, but he still has a full list of schools that he is interested in.

"Oregon, UW, OSU, UCLA, Tennessee (are my top five schools). U-Dub is at the top. They're the only team that has stepped up and come at me like they want me to be there so they're at the top," said Bomar.
