Men's Golf Heads to Southern California

The Oregon men's golf team hopes to avoid the rain forecast for Monday and Tuesday in Southern California when it competes in the Ashworth Invitational on the par-71, 6,900-yard North Ranch course in West Lake Village, Calif. Play begins with 36 holes Monday followed by a final 18 holes on Tuesday.

The field for the tournament, now in its 29th consecutive year, includes host USC, UCLA, UC Davis, Brigham Young, Oregon, Oregon State, Tennessee, Coastal Carolina, Fresno State, Pepperdine, Georgia Southern, San Diego State, Oklahoma, Stanford and Washington.
