Second Linebacker Commits to Duck's 07 Class

The second linebacker of the 2007 recruiting class announced today that he would become an Oregon Duck. Brandon Hanna, 6-2.5, 214, 4.7, Coeur d'Alene (Ida.) Lake City HS, will join his Timberwolf teammate, Carson York wearing Oregon's green and yellow.

"I have committed to the University of Oregon," Hanna said in a text message to eDuck Sports.

Hanna, a 3-star linebacker as rated by and is the tenth verbal commitment the Ducks have picked up. He is being recruited as an inside linebacker.

Last year, Hanna recorded 42 tackles and two sacks in five games prior to breaking his leg. He also ganine 380 yards on 47 carries and scored nine touchdowns running the ball.

Lake City finished the season last year with a 9-2 record.
