"Clemson is recruiting me the hardest right now. They have good tradition and the coaching staff is consistent with staying in contact with me. My team will be in Georgia in September, and I plan to visit Clemson while I'm there.
"Tennessee has a big football environment and great facilities. I went down there in June, and I liked everything," he said.
"I've always watched UCLA. The coaching staff is like a family and the team seems to have everything together.
"BYU has good tradition. The coaching staff is really nice, and it's all about football in Provo. They have a cool Hall of Fame, too," Cassita said.
"I've always liked Oregon. They have the Nike facilities and the new uniforms. The offensive linemen coach has sent me a couple letters.
"I think a lot of the schools are waiting to offer me after they see how I do when the season kicks off. I would like to commit during the season, just to get where I'm going. If it gets late in the season and I have no other offers, I would commit to BYU."
Cassita bench presses 315, squats 525, and vertically jumps 32 inches. "My best strength is cutting through opponents and moving across the field. I just want to work on my speed," Cassita said.
He reports a 2.7 core GPA and takes his ACT around October.
