He said he favors USC slightly over Oregon and those two lead big over Fresno State, Washington and Washington State. All of his favorites have offered, except Washington State.

"They (Washington State) just contacted me about taking an official visit and said that they'll come to one of my games this season," Campbell said. "I think they'll offer me."

Campbell has already scheduled an official visit to USC on November 25 and will be going to Fresno State on December 15. He also plans to attend the USC/Nebraska game on September 16 and the Fresno State/Oregon game on September 9.

The Trojans are recruiting Campbell the hardest. "Coach T-Mac (Todd McNair) is going to be at my game tonight (September 8)," Campbell said. "They keep in contact with me a lot and let me know about how everything is going.

"I really thought their game against Arkansas would be closer," Campbell said. "They were on fire and it looked like they didn't miss a beat.

"I was also really impressed with Oregon. They put the hurt on Stanford. Their defense is fast and they love to hit and beat people down. They look like they have fun on the field.

"I think that USC and Oregon will be on top of the Pac-10. USC seems to be as good as ever," Campbell said. "I think Washington will be improving. They have great coaches and they are really easy to talk to. They are up-and-coming."

Campbell says he plans to make his decision after the season.

"I've gotten to know a lot of guys during recruiting and going to practices and camps," Campbell said. "I like a lot of the guys and I'm excited to see where everyone goes."

He reports a 2.7 GPA and will take the SAT in October.
