Droughns scored a touchdown and finished the day with 14 carries for 32 yards. He also had three receptions for 30 yards but his team, the Browns lost to the Bengals 34-17. The Bengals are 2-0 for the season and the Browns are 0-2.
Quarterback Joey Harrington did not play for the Miami Dolphins (0-2) when they lost to the Buffalo Bills 16-6. The Bills are now 1-1 in the early season. Tight end Justin Peelle started for the Dolphins in the game and recorded a special teams tackle.
Offensive lineman Adam Snyder started for the San Francisco 49ers (1-1) in a 20-13 victory over the St. Louis Rams (1-1). Snyder's teammate Keith Lewis was also listed on the participation list.
The Seattle Seahawks (2-0) bested the Arizona Cardinals (1-1) by a score of 21-10. Seattle's running back Maurice Morris had four carries for 25 yards and caught a pass for 27 yards.
While linebacker Peter Sirmon had a good day with six tackles and two assisted tackles for the Tennessee Titans (0-2) the outcome was anything but good for the Titans. The San Diego Chargers (2-0) crushed Tennessee 40-7. Defensive end Igor Olshansky was listed as Not Active for the game by the Chargers.
Wide receiver Demetrius Williams had a catch for nine yards for the Baltimore Ravens (2-0) in a 68-6 win over the Oakland Raiders (0-2). Defensive tackle Haloti Ngata started for the Ravens.
After two games, the New England Patriots are 2-0 and the New York Jets are 1-1 when the Patriots beat the Jets 24-17. Quarterback Kellen Clemens was on the Not Active list for New York.
Tampa Bay Buccaneer Josh Bidwell had four punts for an average of 42.5 yards with one inside the 20 and a long of 53 in the Buccaneer's 14-3 loss to the Atlanta Falcons. The Buc's linebacker Wesly Mallard was on the participation list. Tampa Bay is now 0-2 and the Falcons are 2-0.
Samie Parker had five catches for 37 yards for the Kansas City Chiefs (0-2) in a 9-6 loss to the Denver Broncos (1-1).
A.J. Feeley was on the Not Active list for the Philadelphia Eagles (1-1) in a 30-24 overtime loss to the New York Giants (1-1).
Tomorrow night Jacksonville Jaguars and George Wrighster take on the Pittsburgh Steelers.
