Gets No. 2

Four-star wide receiver (ranked No. 39 by Scout.com) Reggie Dunn (5-9, 160, 4.35) from Los Angeles Verbum Dei (Calif.) received a scholarship offer from Oregon State last Friday and now the Beavers are in his top five. Dunn favors Oregon and Oregon State solidly over USC, UCLA and California. His only other offer is from the Ducks.

Reggie Dunn Profile

"I haven't really been hearing from UCLA, USC or Cal much," Dunn said. "Oregon State just offered me and I'm definitely looking at them now. I like how they play hard and they beat USC, so they have a lot of potential. I like their balanced offense and the coaches seem really nice.

"I also really like Oregon's offense," Dunn said. "I love that they run a spread offense because I think I could probably get in right away and get the ball. Their wide receivers make plays and they always have good quarterbacks too."

Dunn hasn't scheduled any official visits yet. "I'd really like to take a visit soon because I'd like to go during a game weekend," Dunn said. "But I may not set them up until our playoffs are over. Hopefully, I'll at least take a few in December."

His team is currently 6-4 and will be playing Los Angeles Baptist next Friday. Dunn has had a total of 14 touchdowns on offense and two interceptions defensively.

"My parent's are going to help me make my decision," Dunn said. "My mom really likes Arizona because of their academics and I'm considering them too. They are recruiting me, but haven't offered yet either."

He reports a 2.5 core GPA and took the SAT on November 11.
