Week 4 for the NFL Ducks

A long awaited win came for one former Duck and one of his former professional and Duck teammates had a touchdown. It is already Week 4 in the NFL and several former Ducks saw action.

Harrington was 23-for-29, 223 yards and two touchdowns with no interceptions and a quarterback rating of 121.69 for the game. The win was Atlanta's first of the season and improved its record to 1-3 while the Texans dropped to 2-2.

Running back Reuben Droughns had five carries for eight yards as his New York Giants throttled the Philadelphia Eagles 16-3 on Sunday Night Football. Philadelphia back up quarterback A.J. Feeley did not see action in the game.

New York Jets (1-3) quarterback Kellen Clemens did not play in the Jets' 17-14 loss to the Buffalo Bills (1-3) in their first win of the year.

Wide receiver Demetrius Williams had five catches for 63 yards with a long of 17 for the Baltimore Ravens (2-2) but it was the Cleveland Browns (2-2) that prevailed 27-13. Williams' teammate defensive tackle Haloti Ngata had one tackle.

Punter Josh Bidwell had five punts averaging 26.6 yards with a long of 45 and two coming down inside the 20 as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (3-1) beat the Carolina Panthers 20-7. The loss dropped Carolina to 2-2 for the season.

The Seattle Seahawks (3-1) traveled to the Bay Area and beat the San Francisco 49ers, 23-3. Seahawks running back Maurice Morris had five carries for 13 yards and a reception for four yards. Safety Keith Lewis and offensive tackle Adam Snyder played in the game for the 49ers. The loss dropped San Francisco to 2-2 for the year.

Former Duck Norv Turner's San Diego Chargers (1-3) dropped a 30-16 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs (2-2). Wide receiver Samie Parker started for the Chiefs but did not record a catch. Meanwhile, defensive end Igor Olshansky had five tackles (two solo) in the losing effort.

The Oakland Raiders improved to 2-2 over the winless Miami Dolphins (0-4) by beating the Dolphins at Dolphin Stadium, 35-17. Dolphins' tight end Justin Peelle had three catches for 45 yards and one touchdown of 35 yards.
