LaMichael James, 5-9, 180, had just completed his second practice with the Oregon Ducks and on the warm, sunny August afternoon, with sweat running off him from a hard workout, he was all smiles.
James has been drawing the attention of a lot of onlookers as he goes through drills during the Ducks training camp. He is a versatile runner who can accelerate much the same way his upperclassman teammate Jeremiah Johnson can.
After arriving in Eugene on Saturday, August 2nd, James was in store for some additional conditioning during fall camp. After his interview with eDuck, he joined 15 or 20 of his teammates for additional 15 minutes of running. After he walked off the field he still had the smile on his face and his love affair with Oregon was obviously still glowing.
James: Loves it here.
