Oregon Coaches Back on the Road

When the final whistle blew in Oregon's 65-38 win over Oregon State last Saturday in Corvallis, the regular season ended for the Ducks. However, bright and early the next morning, Oregon coaches were scrambling to catch airplanes.

Two coaches left on Sunday for recruiting trips according to Oregon Head Coach Mike Bellotti and the rest would follow up during the week. Bellotti, himself left on Monday for a recruiting swing.

Key positions still remain to be filled. Wide receivers in one.

There is a rumor that BrYce McNeal's visit to Penn State is up in the air. According to Fight On State, Scout.com's independent representative covering Penn State, the problem seems to be with the PSU coaches. McNeal would not give specific details to Fight On State as to what the problem is.

NCAA regulations prohibit coaching staffs to specifically discuss individual recruits publicly.
