Another Florida WR With Oregon Interest

Oregon has made quite an impression nationally, as the Ducks 2010 class looks to include players from a variety of different state, including Florida. Miami Central High School wide receiver, Josh Reese, is a prime example. The Miami native doesn't currently hold an offer, but feels one could be in the works.

Have you had any contact with Oregon?

"Today my coach called him for me and I spoke to him for a little while.

How did that conversation go and did Coach Frost talk about any offers possibly coming through in the near future?

"Good. Yeah, he wants me to come up there (Oregon) very soon."

What is your overall interest in Oregon at this point?

"That was the first school I thought about actually, but I've just been waiting because I don't know. I know they have receivers right now, but I have to see what going to go on and what [Oregon] is going to get and stuff like that, but that was the first thing I thought about because I like their offense."

What is it about Oregon that has you so interested in the program?

"The offense."

How would you describe yourself as a player?

"I play every game and I do what have to...I'm just an athlete."

Would you compare yourself to anyone at the collegiate or professional level?

"Marvin Harrison."

What are you looking for in a program?

"[Offense] that's why I said I like [Oregon's] offense because they throw, go four-wide, spread the ball out, so that's the number one thing...and [Oregon's] facilities that's a good thing too."

What offers do you currently hold from other schools?

"UCF, USF, Tennessee, FIU, Florida, and Florida State."

If Oregon offered, where would they stand among those schools?

"The top. They would stand at the top -- me and my quarterback (Jeffrey Godfrey) talk about that -- and [they] were in [our] top five. So that would really [put them] at the top."

Are you planning on going to any camps this summer?

"Yeah, I plan on going to some camps, but I have to talk to [my] coach because he said he's going to talk to me about it."
