Few Are Like Mike

When discussing the best of the best at running back in the class of '10, one would be remiss if they failed to mention the staggering talents of Little Rock Academy's, Michael Dyer. Not only do few stack up to the Little Rock native in terms of raw ability, but few also compare when it comes to bevy of offers that Dyer currently holds. However, Dyer is admittedly missing one offer in particular.

Do you currently hold an offer from Oregon?

"I don't think so. I don't think I have."

Have they talked about you coming to visit the campus?

"Yes. I just need to get to talk to the coach."

Did you say you've been in contact with any of the coaches from Oregon?

"No sir, I've been getting mail though...I've been getting a lot."

Is there anything in particular that has you interested in the program?

"The offense, the facilities that they have, the way that they work...I know they have a good academic program there and they have a good campus, I know that for sure, I've seen it on the internet, and just the things that they have over other schools like the weight rooms, coaches, and academics systems...it's just all pretty good right now."

How would you describe yourself as a running back?

"Fast, quick, strong, basically the kind of player that can make something happen out of nothing I guess."

Would you compare yourself to anyone at the collegiate or professional level?

"Some people on the radio said that I was a mix of Barry Sanders and D-Mac (Darren McFadden)."

What are you looking for in a program?

"How long my coaches plan on being there, academics, the coaches, and how everything works around [the school]."

Have you given any thought as to what you might want to major in, in college?

"Business. Something in business."

What offers from other schools do you currently hold?

"Right now I have Alabama, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Georgia Tech, Auburn, Arkansas, Ole Miss, Tulsa, Vanderbilt, those are the only ones I know off the top of my head right now, sir."

Is anyone leading at this point? A top five?

"I don't really want to say that I have a top five, but the schools that I've enjoyed so far are Auburn, Oklahoma, Arkansas, LSU, and...I don't know who would be my fifth."

If Oregon were to offer, would they make it in to your Top 5?

"They'd be in my top five."

Are you planning on going to camps later this spring or in the summer?

"I don't think I'm going to make it to any camps this year."

Are you planning on attending any Junior Days?

"I just got back from Auburn and Georgia Tech. I've been to Oklahoma, Tulsa, and I'm going back to Oklahoma on Friday."
