Staten Island (NY) Curtis defensive end, Dominique Easley, has skyrocketed up the lists of the nation's best prep defensive ends in 2010. With schools across the country swooning Easley, only one from the West Coast has caught Easley's eye.

When did you receive that offer?

"I don't even know. It was a long time ago."

What kind of contact have you had with Oregon?

"I've spoke with the coaches a couple of times. They came up to my school for a practice and stuff like that."

Which Oregon coach have you been in the most contact with?

"[Oregon defensive line coach Jerry] Azzinaro."

What is your overall interest in Oregon?

"I like them a lot...everybody is high up for me."

How would you describe yourself as a player?

"I work as hard as I can and I give it my all."

Would you compare yourself to anyone at the collegiate or professional level?

"No. I want to try to make my own name."

What are you looking for in a program?

"Education is probably the biggest thing."

What offers do you currently hold from other schools?

"Miami (Fla.), Tennessee, Georgia, Texas Tech, Maryland, that's all I can think of right now."

Is anyone leading for you right now?

"No. No one's leading right now."

Have you, or are you planning on going to any camps later this spring or in the summer?

"I don't have anything planned out right now, so not yet."

Have you taken any unofficial visits or are you planning on taking any unofficial visits?

"No, not yet. I have nothing planned yet."
