Cox Keeps Coming Back for More

Demetrious Cox, a 6-foot-1, 185-pound QB/S prospect, recently made his fourth visit to Happy Valley, and he is already planning another. He talked to Fight On State about what he likes about Penn State and how his last visit went.

Demetrious Cox just can't get enough of Penn State.

"The trip went really well," Cox said of his recent visit. "I was the only recruit on campus. I loved the campus, I loved the coaches, and the practice was great."

Because Cox visited during mid-week, he got an experience most recruits don't.

"Instead of having lunch, Coach (Tom) Bradley took me around campus," Cox said. "And I got to sit in on a film session."

One of the things that Cox wanted to see during his fourth visit to Happy Valley was the campus. He had been to PSU three times before, but only on game weekends, when he did not have time to check out as much of campus as he would have liked.

"I am really interest to see the campus and see the rest." Cox told us before his visit. "Hopefully it impresses me even more."

The fourth visit was the charm – because Cox got his answer.

"The campus is real nice," Cox said. "I told Coach Bradley that it looked like a fake TV set it's so clean."

The Lions continue to impress Cox -- He's already made plans to come back for the Blue-White Game on April 16.
