McGloin Honored by PSU Fans

Penn State quarterback Matt McGloin is honored by Penn State fans with their Player of the Game Award for his performance against Eastern Michigan.

Going 14 for 17 (82%) for 219 yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions, Matt McGloin was voted the FOS Player of the Game against Eastern Michigan by Penn State fans.

McGloin ended up with 53 percent of the fan vote, beating out teammates Devon Still (DT) and Nate Stupar (LB), among others. McGloin was also honored by the Big ten as their Offensive Player of the Week for the same performance.

The Fight On State Playe of the Game honor is the first and only award given to Penn State players by Penn State fans. Voting is exclusively conducted on after every PSU football game.
