FRAME GAME: McGloin's End Zone Pick

See what went wrong when the Penn State quarterback made a bad decision vs. Iowa at Beaver Stadium Saturday.

In the third quarter of a win over Iowa at Beaver Stadium Saturday, Penn State quarterback Matt McGloin capped a 90-yard drive in a way he'd just as soon forget.

The redshirt junior threw his first interception of the season, as the Nittany Lions were clinging to a 6-3 lead.

After the game, PSU quarterbacks coach Jay Paterno said the following about the play:

"On that play, the tight end was the guy he wanted to go to and they grabbed him. We had two plays on third down where the tight end was coming across, they grabbed him. Two guys grabbed him."

Did they really?
