HARRISBURG, Pa. — Former Penn State
athletic director Tim Curley and vice president Gary Schultz face a preliminary hearing on perjury charges in the Dauphin County Courthouse Friday.
Prosecutors allege the duo lied to the grand jury investigating the Jerry Sandusky case. Former PSU assistant Mike McQueary, a key witness for the prosecution, is expected to testify Friday.
