Brown is High on the Lions

Penn State is looking at several quarterback prospects in the Class of 2013, including Boeing Brown of Brookfield (Conn.) High. He talks to Fight On State about where he stands with the Lions.

The Class of 2013 is heating up, and several prospects are standing out. One is QB Boeing Brown of Brookfield (Conn.) High. He has been in contact with Penn State for several months now.

For Brown there is one big factor that sticks out about the Nittany Lions.

"Several coaches have compared me to Tom Brady as we are similar in height, size and style," Brown said. "So to have Tom Brady's coach, Coach (Bill) O'Brien, become my potential head coach at one of the most prestigious universities in the country..."

He continued, "Can you imagine a bigger or more exciting program to work hard and play for?"

The moral of the story is Brown is very interested in the Lions.

"So I am of course excited and very interested to get to know Coach O'Brien," Brown said. "And to get to know the new staff."

And he is also excited for the future of PSU.

"Penn State has really had more than their share of sadness in 2011," Brown said. "So I pray 2012-2013 become new times for honor and pride to rise again."
