#PSUvsMICH: Murgo's Weather Report

WTAJ's chief meteorologist gives his expert opinion on the weather for Penn State's homecoming tilt with the Wolverines.

It's been a few weeks, but we're heading back to Beaver Stadium Saturday for a big homecoming matchup against Michigan. While it's not going to be a stellar weather game, I don't think it's going to be a bad weather game, either.

A moist flow from the Atlantic Ocean has kept Happy Valley in a gray and damp weather pattern, but it looks like clouds and maybe some sprinkles or drizzle is all we'll have to worry about.

Travel to the stadium Saturday won't be an issue. Fans coming in from the east may run into a little drizzle or mist, but from the west there shouldn't be much wet weather. There's a slight chance of running into a little fog over the hilltops, but that should be about it.

Temperatures will be in the 50s for the pregame tailgates with a good deal of clouds and just the chance for sprinkles or drizzle. At least there won't be much wind, so a moderate jacket is all you'll need for the game.

Things won't change much for the game. Temperatures will be in the 50s with just the chance for sprinkles or drizzle, but it doesn't look like it will be enough to warrant bringing the rain gear.

Temperatures will drop to near 50 for the postgame tailgates with no weather issues for the trip home.
