FOS TV: Meet Andy Frank

We had a chance to catch up with Penn State's new director of player personnel recently. See what he had to say about the Nittany Lions' recruiting strategy, his role in the process and much more.

When he came to Penn State from Vanderbilt, new Nittany Lion head coach James Franklin brought most of his assistant coaches.

He also brought several of the Commodores' behind-the-scenes staffers, including director of player personnel Andy Frank. Frank, a one-time engineer, is responsible for many of Penn State's on-campus recruiting duties.

How key is he to Franklin's recruiting approach? On Signing Day last week, when the recruiting coordinators were meeting the press at the front of PSU's Media Room in Beaver Stadium, Frank was off to the side doing an interview session of his own.

We caught up with Frank to find out about his duties, the staff's transition from Vandy to Penn State, his background and much more. Check it out above.
