Franklin Meets the Press in Dublin

The Penn State coach held a quick press conference after the team arrived in Ireland Wednesday. Check it out.

DUBLIN -- Penn State coach James Franklin wasted no time meeting the media after the Nittany Lions cleared customs in Terminal 2 of Dublin Airport here Wednesday morning.

It was so soon, in fact, that he had a warning for the reporters following the team's overnight flight from Harrisburg.

“Don't put the microphone too close to my face because I haven't brushed my teeth yet this morning,” he said with a smile.

Franklin's quick Q&A came before the team loaded on to five buses for a trip to nearby Croke Park, where Penn State will face UCF Saturday.
