Penn State kicks off spring practice later this week. To get you in the spirit, we'll take you back to the last session of winter workouts, where the Nittany Lions worked on squatting.
In the video above, you will see some of the more impressive performances for the session, which did not include the entire team but did include some pretty strong guys. Players did the most reps they could of a certain percentage of their max (a formula determined by the strength staff).
