Penn State basketball coach Pat Chambers continues to do strong recruiting work in his hometown of Philadelphia. Thursday, he nabbed his second prospect in the past three years from Philly powerhouse Roman Catholic.
Nazeer Bostick, a 6-foot-5, 175-pound athletic wing, announced his commitment to the Nittany Lions via Twitter. He will be a senior next season and sign a Letter of Intent in November.
Bostick will join former Roman star Shep Garner, who was a true freshman starter for PSU last year, in Happy Valley.
Bostick is one of two standouts on Roman's 2015 PIAA AAAA state title team who is being heavily recruited by the Lions. The other is guard Tony Carr. Another PSU Class of 2016 target, forward Lamar Stevens, is expected to transfer into Roman for next season.
