TN DB Williams Discusses Penn State

Penn State is in hot pursuit for Father Ryan (TN) High School stud defensive back JoeJuan Williams. The senior-to-be has 23 offers to decide from, but where does PSU actually stand in his recruitment? He tells FOS the latest.

Tennessee defensive back, JoeJuan Williams hold offers from an array of programs aside from PSU, including Alabama, Auburn, Florida, LSU, Michigan State, Ohio State, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas A&M.

The Class of 2016 4-star prospect discussed the Nittany Lions, saying, "Penn State contacts me all the time. Coach Bob Shoop and Coach James Franklin want me come for a visit. They both told me they want me come play cornerback at PSU. I'm planning to take an official visit to Michigan State when Penn State comes into East Lansing, November 28th."

The six-foot-3, 194 pound four-star defensive-back told Fight On State he doesn't have a top five as of yet, but will have one assembled by the end of summer. He wants to make his announcement at an All-Star game, if invited, but if not he plans to announce his decision on December 6th.
