Our report card from Penn State’s 28-3 of Flood-ravaged Rutgers.

OVERALL: By no means a perfect effort. But can’t argue with a 25-point win.

Grade: A

OFFENSE: James Franklin said he was intent on getting the ground game going and he’s done it the last two weeks. That will help the passing game in the long run.

SPECIAL TEAMS: Negated arguably the best return man in the nation. Impressive.
