It is a good new/bad news situation for Penn State on the injury front for Saturday’s game with Indiana.
Safety Marcus Allen (shoulder) and linebacker Brandon Bell (ankle) are both back in action after missing the Army game. And in a bit of a surprise, tight end Adam Breneman (knee) is dressed for the first time this season.
Also, offensive tackle Andrew Nelson is dressed for the first time since sustaining a knee injury vs. Buffalo.
Allen, Bell and Nelson all appear to be starting.
On the flip side, freshman running back Saquon Barkley (ankle) and offensive lineman Angelo Mangiro (knee) are both out. Punter is Chris Gulla is not dressed for the game, either.
