Nittany Lions Unofficially In The Mix For Top LB Hansford

Having made multiple trips to Happy Valley already, the blue-chipper won't be taking an official visit there. But he says the Nittany Lions are still in play for his services.

ORLANDO — Four-star linebacker Aaron Hansford is still on the market and his mind is still open. The Washington, D.C., prospect has taken official visits to Michigan State, Oregon and Notre Dame, and he'll visit UCLA Jan. 15. That fifth official visit is still up for grabs and he's considering Oklahoma and North Carolina.

The newer school in the picture for Hansford is Penn State. There are also some Nittany Lions commits at the Under Armour Game who are working on recruiting him.

Hansford has already made multiple unofficial visits to Happy Valley, so he will not be making an official there. But as he mentions in the video above, the Nittany Lions remain in the mix for his servives.

Scout.com's Amy Campbell is in Orlando handling interviews for FOS. Check out her Q&A with Hansford.
