If Penn State has been consistent at one thing this season, it has been inconsistency.
That's right, the Nittany Lions are consistnetly inconsistent.
Thursday night at the Jordan Center, they followed up last weekend's solid road win at Northwestern by playing lethargic ball for more than 30 minutes in what would become a 66-60 loss to Wisconsin. It was the same Badger outfit that lost in Evanston 10 days earlier.
Afterward, PSU coach Pat Chambers was still trying to wrap his head around the events of the past week.
"You have a good game at Northwestern and then you take a step backward,” Chambers said. "Somehow I have to figure out how to get more consistent.”
