Former Nittany Lion WR Zanellato Taking Moves To Dance Floor

After recently wrapping up his Penn State football career, Matt Zanellato is finally getting a chance to dance in THON. He'll be among the more than 700 students who are dancing for 46 hours to raise money for the fight against pediatric cancer.

Matt Zanellato has traded in his cleats for dancing shoes.

Zanellato, who recently wrapped up his five-year career as a receiver with the Penn State football team, will participate in the 46-hour Dance Marathon — aka THON — at the Bryce Jordan Center this week.

THON has raised more than $127 million for the fight against pediatric cancer since 1977.

Zanellato has been heavily involved in THON for several years, but this is the first time he will have the chance to dance in the event. We caught up with him at the BJC Wednesday night to get the lowdown on his participation.
