Penn State Strength Coach Dwight Galt On Winter Workouts

Get the lowdown on where the Nittany Lions are from a strength and conditioning perspective heading into spring practice.

For all intents and purposes, Penn State wrapped up winter workouts with three days of testing to start this week. The Nittany Lions will be around for two more days before spring break begins, but the training sessions are expected to be light.

When they get back after a week-plus off, spring practice will begin March 18.

We caught up with PSU director of performance enhancement (aka strength coach) Dwight Galt to see where the team stands heading into spring ball.
