Nittany Lion DB Trevor Williams On Pro Day

The former Penn State corner talks about posting solid numbers while working out for NFL scouts.

Trevor Williams was a multiple-year starter at cornerback for Penn State, so NFL scouts have plenty of film of him that they can breakdown leading up to the 2016 Draft.

Last week, they had a chance to see Williams in person, as he performed at the Nittany Lions' Pro Day.

Williams measured in at just under 6-foot and weighed 191 pounds. He ran well, posting a 4.45 40 and a 4.19 pro shuttle. His vertical was 35.5 inches and his broad jump 10-5.

Whether or not that was enough to convince a team to draft him remains to be seen. But at the very least, Williams now seems certain to get a free-agent shot at making a team

We caught up with him after Pro Day to discuss his performance and where he was going from there.
