Penn State CB John Reid Takes Pick To Paradise City

With Guns N' Rose blaring in the background, the Nittany Lion sophomore intercepted a pass and bolted 85 yards for a touchdown. Check it out.

Penn State CB John Reid was born in 1996, or nine years after the Guns N' Roses hit Paradise City was released. But the tune was blaring in the background at the Nittany Lions' practice Wednesday, when Reid made the play of the afternoon.

It all seemed fit.

To recap, QB Trace McSorley attempted to hit WR DaeSean Hamilton on a quick out. Reid jumped the route and stole the ball from Hamilton.

What did Reid see from there?

Well, the grass was green. And the pursuit was not pretty.

Reid sprinted 85 yards for a touchdown before he and his defensive teammates had all kinds of fun celebrating.
