New Jersey three-star defensive tackle Dalyn Wade-Perry insists he does not have any kind of top five list when it comes to the programs that are recruiting him, that he is still sorting through a host of power program offers.
But Wade-Perry, whose first name is pronounced DAY-linn, has some visits lined up this summer. And it is pretty clear he is looking at schools that include strong football teams and strong academic traditions.
He will be going to Stanford and Notre on unofficial visits. And the Pope John XXII product will be at Penn State’s team camp June 18.
We caught up with Wade-Perry at The Opening in New Jersey to ask about his interest in the Nittany Lions. He also gave a timeframe for making his college pick and spoke about the importance of academics when it comes to making that decision.
