After Penn State's thrilling 29-26 overtime victory against Minnesota at Beaver Stadium Saturday, Nittany Lion coach James Franklin talked about how important it was for the program.
"This is a game we can grow from,” he told reporters.
How big was the win? Well, a loss would have dropped PSU to 2-3 overall and 0-2 in the Big Ten. This after an ugly 49-10 loss at Michigan the previous week.
And then the Lions opened this game in poor fashion, too, trailing 13-3 at the break before charging back in the second half.
So when Saquon Barkley raced 25 yards for the game-winning touchdown in overtime, it set off a celebration befitting a team that needed a big win.
You can see it all in this edition of BrennanCam, as we take you to the floor of Beaver Stadium and eventually back into the tunnel to see how everything went down.null
