BrennanCam: Penn State Beats Indiana

We take you down to the field as the Nittany Lions rallied to whip the Hoosiers in Bloomington.

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — Sometimes, BrennanCam is all about what you see. And sometimes, the key stuff is what you hear.

Such was the case after No. 10 Penn State rallied to beat Indiana here Saturday. The final was 45-31. But it was much closer than that.

As the Nittany Lions left the field of a nearly empty Memorial Stadium, any number of people could be heard saying — in their own way — any win is a good win.

There was cornerbacks coach Terry Smith, who smiled and said, "We'll take 'em how they come."

There was defensive coordinator Brent Pry, who simply said, "Damn."

And then there was junior safety Marcus Allen, who said, "We don't care how ugly it was. We got it done."

They sure did. Penn State improved to 8-2 overall and 6-1 in the Big Ten with the win, and suddenly finds itself in the mix for the conference championship game.
