Penn State O-Linemen Moving On

Seldom-used Noah Beh and Brendan Brosnan, who both signed with the Lions in 2014, are no longer on the active roster. Head coach James Franklin made the announcement Tuesday.

The quartet of offensive linemen Penn State coach James Franklin signed in his first recruiting class with the Nittany Lions has been reduced to a solo act.

A day before spring practice is set to begin, Franklin announced that Noah Beh is transferring and Brendan Brosnan is hanging up the cleats for medical reasons. http://www.scout.com/college/penn-state/story/1763748-dwight-galt-wraps-...

"Noah Beh will be leaving the program,” Franklin said at his pre-spring practice press conference at the Beaver Stadium Media Room. "Brendan Brosnan is retiring."

Another lineman from the class, Chance Sorrell, gave up the sport for medical reasons last year.

That leaves backup guard/tackle Chasz Wright as the lone remaining offensive lineman from PSU's Class of 2014.

Franklin also said walk-on offensive lineman Adam DeBoef was retiring for medical reasons. Earlier in the off-season, defensive tackle Antoine White announced he was transferring.

"We're very appreciative of what they did with their time when they were here,” Franklin said of the players in question.
