A QUICK LOOK AT SOME OF PENN STATE'S LATEST OFFERS
Class of 2018
Waggoner recently received offers from Oklahoma and LSU.
Lamb talked with Scout's Greg Biggins about his visit to Penn State and had this to say:
"It was a great visit, I loved it there," Lamb said over the weekend. "It was just me and my dad and it was the first time he had been back on campus since he graduated 25 years ago so he was seeing a lot of things for the first time. This was my first time ever visiting and I really enjoyed it. We toured the campus, checked out the Business School and talked to some professors about the academic set up there.
"We toured the weight room, sat in on some defensive meetings, specifically the linebacker meetings and met the whole coaching staff there. From there, we went to Coach Franklin's office and had a nice sit down meeting with him. He kind of picked my brain a little and asked me about location, if i would be willing to leave home to play college ball and asked what I wanted in a school. Then he told me I had a scholarship offer and it was pretty overwhelming. My dad and I were both really excited, I'm not sure who was more excited but it was a great moment for both of us."
"After the meeting, we went to dinner with the whole coaching staff and had a really good time," Lamb said. "Coach Franklin is an awesome guy, it was weird to sit down and meet with him face to face after seeing him on T.V every weekend. I come from a pretty big PSU family so it was a lot of fun to meet Coach Franklin and the rest of the staff in person.
"The following day I watched the team practice and that was great too. I was really impressed by how intense it was. All of the guys take on the drills full speed and the scrimmage at the end was awesome too. The players and coaches all treated it like a real game and took it seriously, that really stood out for me."

SEVERAL PENN STATE 2018 RECRUITS STAR AT MAJOR EAST COAST 7V7 TOURNAMENT LAST WEEKEND
There were a number of Penn State recruits on hand for a major 7v7 tournament that took place this past weekend in Manheim, Pennsylvania. Micah Parsons (commit), Isheem Young (target) and Darryle Simmons (target) were among the in-state Penn State recruits at the event. Young recently visited Penn State earlier this week and has plans to come up for the Blue and White Game on Apr. 22. Parsons is currently unsure of whether or not he will be attending the Blue and White Game. Simmons has not heard much from Penn State as of late but was one of the best looking wide receivers at the event.
