|School:||Woodland Hills High School, Pittsburgh, PA|
Steve Breaston took his first official visit this past weekend to Georgia Tech.
"It went well," Breaston said. "It was a nice visit. My host was Darius (Williams), he's a redshirt freshman."
Steve will take an official visit to Michigan this weekend. He also has visits set up to Boston College (1/18) and Northwestern (1/25).
What school will he visit with his last official visit?
"Probably Pitt or Penn State."
Is he leaning one way or the other?
"It probably won't be Pitt because it's close and I've been down there. It will probably be Penn State, but I'm not sure yet.
"I want to go see the schools that are out of the state. That's really why I haven't taken an official to Penn State or Pitt. I could take unofficial visits to those schools."
Steve maintains that he does not have a favorite at this time, and is basically considering only the schools mentioned.
Has Notre Dame been in touch?
"They said that once they got a coach, they would call me. But, they haven't called me, so I'm not sure about them."
Steve would prefer to play on the offensive side of the ball in college.
"I'd like to play QB or WR. I want to play offense. Michigan is recruiting me as an athlete, Northwestern is recruiting me as a QB, Boston College is WR, Georgia Tech is WR, Pitt is WR and Penn State is WR and DB."
Michigan was Steve's favorite team growing up. Does that give the Wolverines an edge?
"No, it's my life now. I can't just go somewhere because I liked it growing up."
Steve says that distance to a prospective school will not factor into his decision. He thinks he will take all 5 official visits and is not sure when he will make a decision.
Is he enjoying the recruiting process?
"Yeah, I'm enjoying it."
