After the announcement was made that Gateway (PA) star Justin King had chosen Penn State, several members of the local Pittsburgh media ran with the notion that several prominent recruits would join him in Happy Valley. According to the father of one of these recruits there has been a mistake, or a media misquote in this case.

Name: Sean Lee
Position: LB/S

Weight: 215 pounds
40-Yard dash: 4.6 seconds
School: Upper Saint Clair HS, Pittsburgh, PA

Upper St. Clair (Pa.) safety Sean Lee (6-3, 205, 4.6) has been the topic of internet rumors, radio show hosts speculation, and most recently an article in a Pittsburgh newspaper declaring it was only a matter of time until he chose Penn State.

Scout.com spoke to Craig Lee a prominent Pittsburgh attorney and father of Sean Lee to get his take on the recent events. Mr. Lee said he learned of the story the next day at his office.

"I picked up the paper and saw the article, and thought man that's news to me," Lee said "I asked Sean about it, and he said his words were taken out of context."

"He thought the reporter was asking him about King and his decision," said Lee "He had said it was a great program and a tremendous fit for Justin, he didn't think the writer was asking him about his feelings towards Penn State."

Is your son close to selecting Penn State?

"Well today he attended practice at Pitt, and he's going to the WVU-Pitt game Thursday night," said Lee "Sean has said he would take visits and weigh out his options before deciding."

Is Penn State still in contention?

"It's a great program, I'm sure he's interested," said Lee "Getting a kid like Justin King is great, but Sean won't base his decision on someone else."
