M-Rob Named FOS Player of the Week

For the second straight week a Penn State offensive player has been honored by the Nittany Nation with the Fight On State Player of the Week award. This time quarterback Michael Robinson picked up the honor for his play against Cincinnati this past Saturday, resulting in a 42-24 win.

Robinson outpaced Justin King who came in second with 19.7% of the fan vote.

Robinson also rolled up 62 yards on the ground on 10 carries (6.2 yard average) and one touchdown.

Through two games Robinson has an efficiency rating of 162.31, has gone 20 of 32 (62.5%) with two interceptions and five touchdowns (three through the air). He also has 101 yards rushing on 28 attempts (3.6 yard average).
