Dan plays offensive left tackle and defensive tackle for Strongsville High School, which is near Cleveland, Ohio.  According to Dan, he is being recruited primarily to play as an offensive lineman at the next level.

"I think I graded out at 92% and I believe I probably averaged between 5 and 8 pancakes blocks per game," Dan said.

Pribula's efforts won him several post-season honors.

"I got 1st Team All-Conference, [Cleveland] Plain Dealer 'Best of the Best', Sun Star 1st Team All-County Team and Honorable Mention for All-State."

Several teams have already offered the talented lineman a scholarship.

"I have offers from Pitt, Louisville, Maryland, Miami of Ohio and Bowling Green."

Others interested include "Michigan, Michigan State, Boston College, Iowa, Ohio State, Penn State, Kentucky, Virginia and Notre Dame.

"I went to Pitt's junior day, but that was the only one I was able to get to because of track."

Dan has competed in both the shot put and discus since the 8th grade.

"I"m doing pretty well.  I'm at about 56' in the shot and about 130' in the disc."

Does Dan have any early favorites?

"Actually, I'm just kind of keeping my options open, waiting to see what develops."

Being from Ohio, did Pribula grow up a fan of the Buckeyes?

"Actually, my dad is a Penn State fanatic.  He went there and he grew up in Pennsylvania, so I kind of grew up around the Penn State stuff."

Although Pribula's dad is a Penn State graduate, he is encouraging Dan to do "whatever's best for me."

Will Dan attend a Nike Camp?

"If I can get to one, I'd be interested in going to one. I couldn't make it to one last year and I haven't received any information yet this year."

Note: Dan also mentioned teammate and running back Brandon Murphy as a Division I prospect.
